Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
I found the Cream Cheese Chicken Chili while searching Pinterest. I wanted to try something different than the usual Taco Soup that I make. I love the creaminess of this chili. Usually if anything has cream cheese in it I’m sold.
I found this recipe on YummyHealthyEasy. She is totally right it is yummy; such a great comfort food. This is just like regular taco soup in that it works well with Frito chips or corn bread. I love making this chili when the weather is cold and I plan to spend all day inside. I hope you enjoy!
- 1 15 oz Black Bean
- 1 15 oz Corn (undrained)
- 1 10 oz Rotel tomatoes (undrained; I like to use the hot rotel)
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 8 oz package of cream cheese
- chicken breasts
